All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, it will automatically be placed on back-order. If the item you have purchased is not available and an “end-of-range” item, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to an address in South Africa. For international orders, please send an email to thinkbaby@highcontrastdevelopment.co.za.  and we will gladly assist you with a quotation.

Delivery Time

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices and carrier option, delivery location and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments should this be necessary. The average delivery time is 2-5 working days for metropolitan areas and 5-10 working days for outlying areas. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order, also referred to as the fulfillment of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date that your is order received. A Business day is from Monday to Friday and excludes holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Special Delivery Instructions

Delivery instructions may be provided on the check-out of your order.

Shipping Costs

Fixed at R65 per order for National Shipping (address within South Africa)

 

Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled a tracking number will be allocated to your shipment. Please contact us at thinkbaby@highcontrastdevelopment.co.za. should you not receive your tracking number in the “Order Complete” email sent by Think Baby.

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any significant damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at thinkbaby@highcontrastdevelopment.co.za and take a photo of the damaged product.
