Refund policy

Should a valued client be dissatisfied with a product purchased from Think Baby – High Contrast Development, they will have the option to return or exchange this product within the first 30 days of purchase. 

Refunds and exchanges and will only be considered for items purchased from the Think Baby online website or Market/ Exhibition where Think Baby was present. A refund or exchange can only be considered if the conditions of Think Baby’s Refund and Exchange Policy have been fulfilled.

Think Baby will refund the cost of the product or exchange the product on the following conditions:

  1. The Online Order number or purchase receipt is provided by the customer;
  2. The item is in its original condition and undamaged packaging and is not missing any parts or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  3. The customer agrees to pay the courier costs for the item/s they would like refunded and returned. 

The following terms & conditions will also apply when evaluating an item for a refund or exchange :

  1. No refunds or exchanges will be considered for a product that has been misused or purposely damaged;
  2. We only refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged;
  3. A faulty product will, where relevant, be subjected to an assessment before being replaced or refunded;
  4. Repairs due to customer negligence may involve a courier cost that is for the customer’s account and will be quoted upfront;
  5. When returning a product for repair, please ensure that it is hygienically clean;
  6. Refunds and will be made on the price the customer paid. 

Exclusions on the Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. The item was not used for the intended purpose of the product;
  2. Instructions of the product were not followed;
  3. Products damaged due to negligence;
  4. Products not in sealed, original, undamaged packaging;
  5. Any “end of range” or “sale” items;
  6. Items tested and found to be in working order.

 

Processing a Refund or Exchange

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

If your request for exchange is approved, we will make the necessary arrangements for the courier to the collect the original item and confirm the address to which the new item can be shipped. Courier costs may apply as stated in the terms and conditions of the refund and exchange policy.

Should your request be rejected, an email will be sent to supply a valid reason within a reasonable time. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
